A priority of Iron & Steam is to collect and crosslink as much primary source material as possible. A considerable amount of primary source materials are available across the internet, but often in forms difficult to access or to use. The goal on this site is to collect, transcribe as needed, and integrate those materials as much as possible. In that way we hope to make these resources more useful to researchers and those interested in the period and topics we cover.
